In her own words

Gayle Fitzpatrick

My love of music is my driving force. Ever since I was a young girl I always wanted to play an instrument, but I was a late bloomer. Finally I started taking guitar lessons with my teacher and co-writer Billy Roues. Who knew we would be writing songs in a few years? Billy has not only taught me guitar, but he has also guided me through the wonderful process of songwriting.

Denmark Teak is one of our songs. The inspiration is my late Father, Jack Fitzpatrick. My Dad’s career at Madison Square Garden spanned more than 25 years and in that time "The Garden" became my home away from home. What a lucky teenager I was attending many rock concerts in my youth! I always wanted to create music and now here it is.

I hope you enjoy listening to these songs as much as I have delighted in the process…
